Pachelbel’s Canon in D Major on steel guitar by Buddy Emmons

Everyone loves Pachelbel’s “Canon In D Major”. Bet you never heard it played on the steel guitar, though! Buddy Emmons has been widely regarded as the master virtuoso of the pedal steel guitar. This is a wonderful rendition of this classical piece from his “Steel Guitar” album in 1975. I’m just waiting for Jerry Douglas to play it on the dobro!
